Trillium Support Service was founded on the principles of a Social Enterprise. Our leadership team have collectively over 100 years of experience working in either the healthcare or social care sectors. We wanted to find a way to provide exemplary service. By developing a Social Enterprise, we are able to give back to the community via shared experience/knowledge/education and any profits will be shared amongst our users.

Trillium Support gives back as a Social Enterprise not only monetarily but with our quality and caliber of our Social Care Workers. Our staff are qualified to support a broad spectrum of individuals from pediatric through geriatric populations. Our Coordinators ensure that each individual is matched with an appropriate Social Care Worker.

Trillium Behavioural Services is a specialized support service designed to meet the needs of children, youth, and adults with complex behavioural challenges. We believe that the solutions to behavioural challenges often reside with the people who know the individual the best. Consequently, our approach is designed to be a collaborative process, involving the active participation of the individual, and family. Depending on the individual’s needs, services can be provided in almost any setting, including: community, residential care facility, in-home, hospital, school, work program, or small group.

Who We Help – Children, youth, and adults with complex special needs whom typically have a developmental delay and one or more diagnosis of: autism, mental health, behavioural issues, FASD, brain injury, medically complex and often require multi-agency support.

Each of our care plans is personalized and our service is tailored to each family we serve. We solve problems based on your unique needs and resources.

Trillium Support Services provides supports in the Niagara, Hamilton, Halton, Peel and GTA Regions.
